For residential clients, we recommend annual servicing as a standard.  We highly recommend booking your maintenance service between peak seasons to ensure you’re prepared for summer and winter.  Certain factors may require more frequent servicing: 

  • Operating your air conditioner throughout the day/night (work from home).
  • Indoor pets (dander).
  • Frequently opening windows and doors on breezy days (dust/dirt).
  • Systems 10+ years in age.

 

For our commercial clients, we recommend servicing every 3 to 6 months.  We can tailor a maintenance plan to keep your air conditioning system(s) clean and efficient throughout the year, ensuring your staff and customers are happy and comfortable.  We currently service a variety of small businesses, including:

  • Childcare facilities
  • Fitness studios
  • Office spaces
  • Places of worship

 

The short answer is no. To ensure our clients receive the best after care services, we only offer installation services in which we source and supply the unit. This includes a competitive installation labour and materials warranty and a complimentary first Maintenance Service.
The best way we can answer this is at the time of inspection. Every installation is unique and will have different requirements and client requests. Our technicians uphold the highest standards in our industry and treat their work like craftsmanship. In essence, we NEVER cut any corners in order to shave a few minutes off any job.
Lead time is usually impacted by the season and unit availability. If you are interested in a new or replacement system with minimal waiting time, we highly recommend booking your installation during Sydney’s mild seasons (early Spring or Autumn). Summer can put our industry in high demand with breakdowns and Christmas closures and lead time can extend to 4+ weeks for any service.
