For residential clients, we recommend annual servicing as a standard.  We highly recommend booking your maintenance service between peak seasons to ensure you’re prepared for summer and winter.  Certain factors may require more frequent servicing: 

  • Operating your air conditioner throughout the day/night. 
  • Indoor pets (fur and dander buildup).
  • Frequently opening windows and doors on breezy days (dust/dirt buildup).
  • If your system is 10+ years old.

For our small commercial clients, we recommend servicing anywhere between two to 12 times per year, depending on space and use.  We can tailor a maintenance plan to keep your air conditioning system(s) clean and efficient year-round, ensuring your staff and customers are happy and comfortable.  We currently service a variety of small commercial sites, including:

  • Office spaces
  • Dance and fitness studios
  • Childcare centres
  • Places of worship
The short answer is no. To ensure our clients receive the best after care services, we only offer installation services in which we source and supply the unit. This includes a competitive installation labour and materials warranty and a complimentary first maintenance service.
The time required for an installation depends on the specific needs of your space and the system being installed, which can be determined during our site inspection. Our technicians uphold the highest standards in our industry and are committed to delivering top-quality work – we never cut corners to rush the job.  
Our availability is usually impacted by the season and unit availability. If you are looking for a new or replacement system with minimal waiting time, we highly recommend booking your installation during Sydney’s mild seasons (early Spring or Autumn). Summer can greatly put our industry in high demand with breakdowns and Christmas closures, and lead time can extend to 4+ weeks for any service.

After the inspection, we'll design a plan that fits your space perfectly.  We'll recommend a system that balances performance, efficiency, and comfort - and we'll walk you through the options so you feel confident moving forward.

Once we've developed the right plan for your space, we'll provide a complimentary, no-obligation quote.  Our quotes are clear, detailed, and designed to give you all the information you need to make the best decision for your home or business.
