The short answer is no. To ensure our clients receive the best after care services, we only offer installation services that we source and supply the unit for. This includes a competitive installation labour and materials warranty and a complimentary first Maintenance Service.
The best way we can answer this is when our technicians carry out a site inspection. Every installation is unique and will have different requirements and client requests. Our technicians uphold the highest standards in our industry and treat their work like craftsmanship. In essence, we NEVER cut any corners in order to shave a few minutes off any job.
Lead time is usually impacted by the season and unit availability. If you are interested in a new or replacement system with minimal waiting time, we highly recommend booking your installation during Sydney’s mild seasons (early Spring or Autumn). Summer can put our industry in high demand with breakdowns and Christmas closures and lead time can extend to 4+ weeks for any service.
